这类型题目都会提到两个条件
1. All the virtual page are in use
2. Disk address are not stored in the page table
想请问如果这两个条件不满足会怎样影响total size of the page table的计算呀？
我不是只要知道（PPN + memory management bit ）* entry就好了吗
