110年台电雇员英文考科官方第50题Which one is theclosest to "find out" in meaning？缺乏上下文，而且答案有误，意义最接近的不是(A) learn about，而是(D) uncover不是考生，但我这边有佐证的资料可以提供，英文第50题可以申诉，其他题答案没有争议。

楼上这题，太虾了吧，台电出题都没在检查喔

英文官方第28题，题目叙述要改成"Do you have a minute？"而不是"Do you have minute？"，可数名词前要加不定冠词a/an，这明显打字错误

英文第50题"find out"，我亲自拿考卷或拍照截图传送给生活周遭的英语母语人士：同样也是线上英文老师和翻译的同事、母校的教授、教会英文圣经的讲师、社群媒体的好友，他们分别来自美国不同州(New York, Florida, Maryland, Arkansas, Texas California)和英格兰，共11个白人1个黑人，和他们讨论答案看到题目直觉反应都是(D)uncover，当我告知台电给的答案是(A) learn about 时他们都愣住然后才回答要取决于上下文

很明显uncover意思完全一样吧

旧制托福会考单句关键字(上底线)的选择题，然后要考生依据上下文从(A)(B)(C)(D)选项选出最符合能替代关键字的题型，如此一来不会断章取义，汉翔公司的英文考科第一大题(共10题)就是仿效旧制托福的这种考法。只是TOEFL ibt 没这么考而已

我是把字典的东西直接印出来作为佐证.直接提试题疑义了朗文字典(网络/实体),uncover都是明白列出find out我英文只错这题,想争取看看.

Over and above, "uncover" is synonymous with "discover",both of which can be used interchangeably. Please refer to the sentences made below."We'll find out the solution to the hot-buttonissue sooner or later." Find out here means touncover something. Uncover means to discover something and when you discover something you essentially find out something.“We’re going to Mars to uncover alien life.”= "We’re going to Mars to discover alien life."In both aforementioned cases, "uncover" and discover" can be replaced by "find out" without the slightest difference in meaning.
