Dr Han said the early iterations of mass-dialling telco fraud operations
originated in Taiwan, with media reports on such scams going back to the
mid-2010s. Subsequent clampdowns pushed these operations across the Taiwan
Strait to Fujian province, where locals became involved.
Han Bing表示，早期的大规模电话诈骗集团源头是在台湾，媒体对这类诈骗的报导最早可
以追溯到2010年代中期。后来因为政府大力扫荡，这些诈骗集团就被往外推，
跨过台湾海峡跑到福建省，那边的当地人也开始涉入。
