其实美国老早就这样要求要填Taiwan了，
只是这次直接挑明: country of birth
我记得之前看过的文章都是写birthplace或者place of birth或者其他说法
但也有可能其实早就提过country of birth要填Taiwan，但是我没看过而已
然后以往美国表单上面或者只有律师才会看的form instruction都会写country of birth
在一堆没啥人在意的表单指引里其实也写过country of birth写台湾
这次移民局文章比较特别的是，移民局直接发公告说country of birth写Taiwan，
也就是说: 写台湾一直都是这样操作的，但这次特别显眼的发公告。
另外，有一类人其实还是例外的，
台美断交前出生的话，出生地还是可以写中国，
就像我长辈的申请也都是写ROC，这个没问题。
从这边可以看出，美国是一个依法行政的国家，
可以填ROC的就可以填，不要填ROC的请改用Taiwan，
一切都是依法，而不是像民进党那种意识型态。
