Widespread damage from Typhoon Krathon still visible here in Kaohsiung,
Taiwan's 2nd-largest city. Krathon made landfall here 11 days ago with up to
100 mph wind gusts.
The typhoon was the first to make landfall in southwestern Taiwan since 1977.
