我自己是念资工系的，所以我知道诈骗集团会怎么利用科技，我并不担心被骗。但是并不
是每个人都念资工的，并不是每个人都懂科技。我觉得可能立个工程师法去规范工程师，
让他们不跟诈骗集团合作。
以下来自经济学之父亚当斯密：
"We trust our health to the physician: our fortune and sometimes our life and
reputation to the lawyer and attorney. Such confidence could not
safely be reposed in people of a very mean or low condition. Their reward
must be such, therefore, as may give them that rank in the society which
so important a trust requires. The long time and the great expense which
must be laid out in their education, when combined with this circumstance,
necessarily enhance still further the price of their labor."

我们把健康托付给医生：我们的财富和生命托付给律师。这样的信心并不能从卑劣之人
身上取得。因此，他们的奖励，就应该像他们的社会地位一样优渥，因为他们的职业需
要获得别人的信任。这个条件和他们受教育的时间与金钱，必然增加他们的劳动的价格
。
我是觉得工程师高薪的原因之一就是人们信任他们提供的服务，但是诈骗集团聘请工程
师并不会把人们的信任做为考量。这些无良工程师有可能会使工程师的社会地位降低，
接着再根据亚当斯密所说，工资可能会降低，因为信任的成分已经不存在了。
我觉得立个工程师法应该可以帮助解决诈骗猖獗的问题。
