这个“INDEPENDENT Government of Taiwan”
应该不是合约上签的名称
而是前面所讲的“public announcement about this agreement”
根据陶大记者的翻译是：“该协议的公告”
通常合约是不会public的吧
也就是DPP想在这份公开的协议上坚持使用“INDEPENDENT Government of Taiwan”
但上海复星不接受，DPP看来也不想改个两边都能接受的名字
不然还需要郭去买吗？
