台湾搜救队引起英媒《BBC》的注意，登上BBCNEWS的 IG贴文，不仅以“台湾搜救队”登

土耳其、叙利亚交界地区6日清晨发生7.8规模强震，目前两国统计已有7800人罹难，灾情
惨重，各国纷纷伸出援手，而台湾特种搜救队也立即派出130人前往救援。此举引起英媒
《BBC》的注意，登上BBCNEWS的 IG贴文，不仅以“台湾搜救队”登上封面，更以“国家
”称呼台湾。
土耳其地震发生后，消防署编列130名特搜员组成台湾搜救队分批前往救援。首先第一梯
次派出40名先遣队员及3只搜救犬，于昨日下午抵达土耳其。第二梯次台湾搜救队配合当
地救援情形，90名搜救人员则携带2只搜救犬、超过6公吨的救难装备、生命探测仪，已于
昨日晚间出发。
此外，台湾更捐赠土耳其政府200万美元赈灾援款，进一步帮助土国政府安置灾民，让灾
区民众可以尽速恢复日常生活。
除了台湾，韩国、美国、英国也都派出搜救队前往土耳其救灾，因此《BBC》对各国搜救
队也做了系列报导，而台湾队惊喜登上《BBC》的社群Instagram贴文封面，搜救队举著台
湾国旗成为封面，而贴文中又放了张台湾救难队员的特写背影。7张图片中的搜救队皆来
自不同国家，仅台湾占了2张版面。
另外，在一篇《BBC》的报导中则写道，土耳其强震许多国家都伸出援手帮助，虽然当地
雨天和降雪让救援难度增加，但各国搜救队仍在前往帮助的路上，包括意大利、以色列、
台湾等国家。《BBC》再次在文中以“国家”称呼台湾，登上国际台面。

An international aid effort is being stepped up in southern Turkey and
northern Syria following a huge earthquake that has killed more than 4,800
people.
Rescuers are racing to save people trapped beneath the rubble after thousands
of buildings collapsed in both countries.
Turkey's emergency agency AFAD says more than 2,600 personnel from 65
countries have been sent to the disaster area to assist Turkish rescuers.
Countries including the UK, US and South Korea are sending aid after Turkey
issued an international appeal for help.
Paul Taylor, from humanitarian charity React, is among those flying out to
help.
He said: "We will be focused on an assessment and then trying to identify
what are the needs of the affected population, and then helping them.
