很多人就以为一个礼拜重训三次 一次90分钟 连续个五年就是运动员了
世界级的男子短跑选手平均bmi是23.7 (1) 体脂10%

对于一般人来说
研究显示bmi和体脂肪比例呈现正相关(2-4)
