ABSTRACT
Technology industry plays an important role in this world as well as in any de
veloped country. Technology industry contributes 32% GDP in Taiwan such that
revelent issues about technology industry are cared by society. Modern qualit
y
management is transferring its focus from costomer satisfaction to stakeholder
satisfaction. The experience of Science Parks in Taiwan showed that their suc
cess depended on the support of neighboring resident. This research studies th
e neighboring resident satisfaction for some Science Park in Taiwan utilized T
CSI model. The results could be used to improve the mechanism of the Bureau of
Science Park such that the Science Park competitiveness could be enhanced.
