都2年了还是只会拿荟萃分析的结果出来说嘴
荟萃分析只是用来起头的
看到可能有影喔，然后设计严谨的RCT试验去证明
临床试验不是量多就好
重点是品质、设计跟人数
未证实有效之前，就该视为没有效(不是无效呦)
有大型RCT试验证实有效时，再说有效好吗？
放心，还有几个RCT进行中，还是有翻盘的可能
