Following a specially convened meeting, the International Paralympic
Committee (IPC) Governing Board has decided to refuse the athlete entries
from the RPC (翻译:俄罗斯帕委会) and NPC Belarus (翻译:白俄罗斯帕委会)
for the Beijing 2022 Paralympic Winter Games.
