NATO Response Force(北约反应部队) 已经被启动(activated)
这是 NATO Response Force 成立以来首次 activated
(看 CNN 另外一篇文章这里的 activated 应该就是布署的意思)
“We have to take this seriously, and that is exactly why we are now
deploying the NATO Response Force for the first time in a collective defense
context,”he added.
用于应对欧洲可能产生的突发情况跟确保北约成员国安全
