2758 (XXVI). Restoraion of the lawful rights of the People's Republic of China
in the United Nations
The General Assembly,
Recalling the principles of the Charter of the United Nations,
Considering that the restoration of the lawful rights of the People's
Republic of China is essential both for the protection of the Charter of the
United Nations and for the cause that the United Nations must serve under the
Charter,
Recognizing that the erpresentatives of the Government of the People's
Republic of China are the only lawful representatives of China to the United
Nations and that the People's Republic of China is one of the five permanent
members of the Security Council,
Decide to resotre all its rights to the People's Republic of China and to
Recognize the representatives of its Givernment as the only legitmate
representatives of China to the United Nations, and to expelforthwith the
representatives of Chiang Kai-shek from the place which they unlawfully occupy
at the United Nations and in all the organizations related to it.

2758 (二十六)。恢复中华人民共和国在联合国的合法权利
大会，
回顾《联合国宪章》的原则，
考虑到恢复中华人民共和国的合法权利对于保护联合国宪章和联合国必须根据宪章服务
的事业都是必不可少的，
认识到中华人民共和国政府的代表是中国在联合国的唯一合法代表，中华人民共和国是
安全理事会五个常任理事国之一，
决定将其一切权利归还中华人民共和国，承认其代表为中国在联合国的唯一合法代表，
并立即将蒋介石代表驱逐出他们非法占领的地方在联合国以及与它有关的所有组织。

1971 年 10 月 25 日。
点评：
一、联合国承认中共是中国唯一合法代表。
所以如果只根据2758号决议，台湾如果公投和修宪自己不是中国的一部分，本决议对
台湾无效。但至少，台湾人不要再觉得自己是中国人，不然根据联合国决议，你就是
中共人。
二、立即将蒋介石代表驱逐出他们非法占领的地方在联合国以及与它有关的所有组织。
驱逐了蒋介石代表，蒋介石都死了多久，变成福马林的飘浮棺材。所以联合国是驱逐
了蒋介石代表、讲更超过一点是驱逐了国民党代表，但离驱逐了台湾地区代表是有落
差的。所以如果连台湾人也驱逐了蒋介石代表，那决议案对台湾的影响就等同没有。
结论：
中共如果要把2758号决议案绑在台湾人身上必趋做到两件事情。
1. 让台湾人认为自己是中国人。
2. 不要让蒋介石代表(国民党)被台湾淘汰。
