但是基于
“有史以来国际关系最好的时刻”
“外交各种大跃进，国际地位节节高升”
等等这几年来的大内宣
怎么能够跟国人坦承，“歹势啦请见谅，人家的合作协议就真的都没有我们”
所以只好想出先放话大内宣再说
“辉瑞！我们也买到了”

狂买！！买到爆！！！
结果最后大进场几十万剂
谎说不下去只好“歹势啦，中共打压”
但连外媒原采访原文都声称，台湾政府从来没有正式说清楚到底遇到什么困难
不过我很好奇
台湾不在协议合作范围
那到底洽谈，到底我们也买到了，到底是怎么来的 = =？！
