: 英国人权组织观察员Robert Godden，曾经在理大冲突期间到场观察港警执法（暴行），并在表明观察员身份情况下，且身穿反光背心与识别证，还是照样被港警拘捕。
: 拘捕时间长达15小时，经Godden口述，港警不但在这15小时之内没有提供食物、水，以及疲劳侦讯，甚至还出言污辱与性骚扰。
