我国刑法对在外国地区对我国人犯罪的处罚是有限制的，要最轻本刑为三年以上之罪，
而“毁谤罪”就是“妨碍名誉罪”最高本刑为二年以下。
所以不要再自嗨了！
第 7 条
本法于中华民国人民在中华民国领域外犯前二条以外之罪，而其最轻本刑 为三年以上有期徒刑者，适用之。但依犯罪地之法律不罚者，不在此限。
第 8 条
前条之规定，于在中华民国领域外对于中华民国人民犯罪之外国人，准用 之。
第 310 条
意图散布于众，而指摘或传述足以毁损他人名誉之事者，为诽谤罪，处一 年以下有期徒刑、拘役或五百元以下罚金。 散布文字、图画犯前项之罪者，处二年以下有期徒刑、拘役或一千元以下 罚金。
