2. 国际法院会员
3. 国际法学会会员
4. 大学教授, 荣誉退休教授, 历史/社会/法律/哲学/神学/宗教的副教授, 大学校长/董事/院长或等阶职位人士, 和平研究所院长以及外交政策研究所院长
5. 诺贝尔奖受奖者
6. 诺贝尔奖受奖机构的院长或等阶人士
7. 前任或者现任诺贝尔奖协会会员
8. 前任诺贝尔奖机构顾问
没满足任一条件的人的提名是不算数的.
同时间诺贝尔奖协会的确有50年不公开的规定
可是并没有限制提名者不能说出去.

其中最特别的是第一个, DAFOH, 他们在2016年也被投名过.
