拿台湾施压美企 白宫：中国共产党无理取闹
【新唐人亚太台 2018 年 05 月 06 日讯】对于中国民航局致函给美国多家航空
公司，要求不得将台湾、香港与澳门列为国家，美国白宫今天发表声明，声明中驳斥中
共要求的政治正确，将其政治观点强加于美国公民，是“欧威尔主义”式的无理取闹
。
白宫表示，中国民航局致函36家外国航空公司，其中包括多家美国航空公司，要
求营运商改变其网站中的“台湾”、“香港”和“澳门”的标识，以符合中共的标准，
这是“欧威尔主义”（Orwellian nonsense）式的无理取闹，也是中共将其政治观强
加于美国公民和私营公司的部分作为。
白宫声明中说到，中共的网络压制举世闻名，中共对美国人与其他自由世界输出
其审查制度和政治正确性的努力，都将受到自由世界抵制。
声明开宗明义就提及美国总统川普反对政治正确，川普支持美国人抵制中共努力
将政治正确强加于美国公司和公民。声明强烈反对中共试图迫使民营公司在其公开的内
容中使用具体的政治性语中，并“呼吁中共停止威胁和胁迫美国的航空公司和公民”
。
美国“外交政策”（Foreign Policy）杂志于4月27日报导，中国民航局致函美国
联合航空公司与美国航空公司，要求其全球业遵守陆方对于“分离主义”的限制，也
就是必须将台、港、澳视为陆方的一部分，所以将台、港、澳视为独立于中国大陆之
外的指涉，必须移除。

Statement from the Press Secretary on China’s Political Correctness
President Donald J. Trump ran against political correctness in the United
States. He will stand up for Americans resisting efforts by the Chinese
Communist Party to impose Chinese political correctness on American companies
and citizens.
On April 25, the Chinese Civil Aviation Administration sent a letter to
36 foreign air carriers, including a number of American carriers. This not
ice demanded that carriers change how “Taiwan,” “Hong Kong,” and “Maca
o” are identified on their websites and in their promotional material so
that the references fall in line with the Communist Party’s standards.
This is Orwellian nonsense and part of a growing trend by the Chinese C
ommunist Party to impose its political views on American citizens and private
companies.
China’s internal Internet repression is world-famous. China’s effort
s to export its censorship and political correctness to Americans and the
rest of the free world will be resisted.
The United States respects the broad freedom private companies have in
their interactions with their customers, both in the United States and
abroad. This respect is essential for a robust global marketplace.
The United States strongly objects to China’s attempts to compel
private firms to use specific language of a political nature in their
publicly available content.
We call on China to stop threatening and coercing American carriers and
citizens.
