未来我们要筹组电子烟商业同业公会，协会是现实中目前能成立的法人单位。
不然我们是直接想成立电子烟商业同业公会无误。
E大，经过这一堆的讨论，我了解您的意思。
电子烟台湾目前只探讨到电子烟油成分，其中媒体扯到尼古丁。
所以是由药事法管理 负责单位是卫福部食药署。
但电子烟主机，过往国健署从来没有关心(因为跟它们专业已经差太远)
所以我主动请示卫福部与标检局，得到答案是，主管机关没有指示。
所以 电子烟主机到底要怎么管理，英国是列为一般3C品，台湾要怎么管。
自然有许多讨论空间，就像E大您提到的 医材 呼吸给药器，都是可以讨论怎么做对台湾最好。
有这么多讨论其实本会很开心，因为本会很痛心的是，主管机关 卫福部 国健署
根本就不想处理
讨论??都只是我在打扰他们。
所以很抱歉上来PTT争取曝光机会以及跟 乡民沟通何为电子烟。
昨日我打到行政院及立法院，
行政院说：菸害防制法修正草案已经结案，只剩流程再跑，流程跑过了，就送立法院。
立法院说：等到收到行政院的版本，便会请相关委员会开会讨论。
我们只希望这一切不会是 卫福部版本的"劳基法修正草案"。
电子烟有电子烟的族群与支持者，且使用人口逐渐增加，目前粗估全台已经来到约20万人。
支持与反对，真相总是越辩越明，期待在立法院公听会见面，谢谢大家!
