A review conducted by the European Commission and the European Nuclear Safety
Regulators' Group (ENSREG) in 2013 confirmed that the safety standards used
by Taiwan’s nuclear power plants are generally high and comply with
international state-of-the-art practices. However in the light of earlier AEC
stress tests the review recommended that Taiwan should update its assessment
of all natural hazards, notably earthquakes and tsunamis, so as to be better
prepared for such. The AEC planned to invite a follow-up review in three
years.
欧盟核能安全管制组织在2013年确定台湾核电厂的安全规范基本上
符合国际最尖端的(state-of-the-art)实作，
然而在早先的AEC(美国原子能协会)压力测试，
AEC建议台湾应该要更新对自然灾害如地震海啸的应变标准，
来获得更好的灾害应变能力，AEC计画三年之后会再进行追踪审查
这个是在福岛事件之后，AEC当然会对同样是海岛的台湾，
提出仅符合国际标准还不够，建议你们要再把安全标准再往上拉一个层级的建议
