其中新头壳漏翻的地方有：

陈水扁，是场灾难，常无意义挑衅北京，是个性格善变(且贪腐)的人。
在原文中Cipher用得非常好，依前后文应是意指不重要的人，但也有隐射失败的含意。
因为文中举的种种例子证明了国民党的失败。

直接翻译无用之人是翻得草率又浅了。
