【大选】作家指柯P考虑到美国会作证 访谈没录音
无党籍台北市长参选人柯文哲今发表声明，澄清葛特曼（Ethan Gutmann）著作《大屠杀
》（The Slaughter）书中涉及柯部分内容，与事实不符，并说该次访谈有现场录音，请
作者详查当时录音内容，便可确认书中讲述情节与柯文哲实际访谈内容有极大落差。
不过，人权律师童文薰晚间在脸书贴出葛特曼在《大屠杀》中的两个注释，其中葛特曼在
注3提到，“我（作者葛特曼）很少在书籍出版前透露我的采访内容。但我认为柯医师的
证词是非常重要的，而我们的采访并没有录音。因此为求精准，我将以下的草稿先给柯医
生过目。柯医师在上面签了名。我做了一些小修改。”
葛特曼在注9中也提到，“经双方同意，我们在2008年的谈话是不列入记录的。去年，我
问他是否允许我公布我记录下的关于他在中国的经历。随着本书草稿最后期限逼近，理善
（葛特曼助理）问柯医生，是否我们能说出他的名字？他同意，但有一点需要注意：他无
意对记者们复述这些，但他会考虑在美国国会或同等机构宣誓作证”。（吴家翔╱台北报

童文薰贴出葛特曼在第9章的两段注释原文：
Note 3. I seldom run my writing by an interview subject before publication,
but I consider Dr. Ko’s testimony to be extremely important. Because we did
not record our interview, in the interests of accuracy I gave Dr. Ko an
advance draft of the following section, and he signed off on it. I made a few
minor edits.
Note 9. These are facts that I learned while searching for a photograph of
Dr. Ko, who was not particularly well-known when I interviewed him. By mutual
consent, our conversation back in 2008 was off the record. Last year I asked
him if he would allow me to publish my account of what he experienced in
China. As the deadline for the book draft approached, Leeshai asked Dr. Ko if
we could reveal his name. He consented with one caveat: he is not interested
in repeating this account for reporters, but he would consider testifying
under oath in the US Congress or an equivalent political body.
