You may feel strange energy throughout your day where other people are critica
l of you or irritated when around you. But do not take these circumstances per
sonally. Try to frame what you face in a different, more positive way. Just be
cause others are critical or irritated, doesn't mean it's related to any judgm
ent of you. There may be other things going on in their lives, and that's what
you have to assume. Changing your perspective, besides being the right thing
to do, can drastically change your mood.
