解释为了什么而努力这样？不要让人觉得有瞎忙的感觉？

不用刻意.总有那么几个会质疑的.趁机说“为什么”就好..因为是工作所以不解释会被排挤..然后会造成自己灰心..然后就会放给他烂...变成恶性循环太亏了啊！

最近为了转换职场的关系，被原先公司的主管在外乱说话，预定就任的公司虽不尽信，但也不了解我真正的能力，过去总觉得要解释很麻烦，所以总是被误解然后中伤，不停的恶性循环，还变成一直否定自己，后来清醒了，决定不管怎样，一定要保护内在那个认真付出却伤痕累累的自己，谢谢原po
