Of the tickets sold, 20 percent were sold at half price and the remaining

Ans: 17820
想请问这一题第一句的意思？ 这题好像会算 但是第一句语意看不懂很没把握@@
不知道这一题的解法是不是：
9900 x (20/100)=1980
7920 x 2 + 1980 - 17820
2. Which of the following could be the units digits of the product of some
integer and itself?
Ans: 0,1,4,5,6,9
原本其中选项还有 2 跟 8
想请问问什么 2, 8 不是答案呢~

因为记得以前高中学的是 截距是绝对值 没有正负
但是模考的详解给的都是要变成正负才对的...
