Blue Ocean 是一家 alternative trading system。你就当是个小间交易所。blue ocean要bust交易，券商也是配合而已，跟你用哪家券商无关，只要你的交易被送进blue ocean就会被bust。最近NYSE也有bust过交易，那个影响还比较大一点。Blue Ocean似乎只开 8PM~4AM ET 的样子，做非常规时段的生意顶多就一些在盘前买卖的人可能会被bust吧。

如果你的英文程度无法让你判断出这是 blue ocean 的问题而非 IB, 也许乖乖用台湾券商比较好？
