借题请教一下最近有申请过嘉信debit card的网友
我于4/25在信息中心上传完申请表格后
就一直没有下文(之前看别人的网志说申请成功嘉信会寄信e-mail通知申请过了)
5/5就再发一次讯息给客服
然后5/9收到回复:
We are currently working on processing your debit card and checks that you
requested. If you would like to have the debit card and checks sent express
international mail with a tracking number, please call us toll-free from
Taiwan at 00801-13-6758.
请问这是要主动再拨免费电话去要求寄过来
或是继续等待, 完成后他会自己寄过来?
