随着时间过去，看过的“事件”，关于会计两三事，
会计是一种表达“商业活动”的语言。
如果是语言，就代表会计不像hard science一样，是公式，没有什么模糊地带。
川普讲的爱国，和拜登讲的爱国，字都一样，内涵不同。
比如说AAA级的商办，像是101大楼，虽然在资产负债表上记为固定资产。
建物还会折旧，年年“净值”下降。
但是我认为“它”的价值比某些电子业/零售服饰业的存货，更为流动，价值更确定
虽然存货记为流动资产，
但是实务上，存货更不流动，零售服饰业，没有库存能做生意吗？
没有随时1亿的存货，可能满足不了日常营运。流动资产的一亿实际上是锁在资产
负债表上。拿不出来。
过季了的存货，净值打折更多。
101大楼商办虽然是固定资产，建物折旧，但是比起“流动资产”更“流动”
“价值更确定”
财报数字只是a proxy of business activities，实质内容是什么还须产业的想法
来解读。就像阅读一般文字一样，会依据上下文来理解作者的含意。
一时想到的一些感想。
虽然可能会被某些商学院的支持者视为邪说异教。我只是觉得business senses比坚持
学术理论来得实际。
