回报一下后来处理的状况
我以S-69条款说明此证券的收入并非来自美国，NON-US Holder不该被扣30%
但客服回信说明TD认为DKT属美国来源的证券，但又不解释为何4月的配息未被扣税
结论是不改帐，但是会回去慢慢研究喔 ( ^.＜ )揪咪
看来该把这批DKT移到其他券商去了...
