法商法国外贸银行台北分行(Natixis Taipei Branch) 交易室诚征Trainee, Taiwan Sales Support.
Main Responsibilities
· Preparing dealing documents (indicative termsheet, etc) under tight deadline to facilitate transaction at client’s request.
· Support senior sales on translating research articles, preparing pitchbook to facilitate marketing activities.
· Liaise with middle office and operation team to support regulatory reporting task.
· Support KYC review, acting as a contact point between clients and internal relevant teams, collecting necessary documents from clients and helping to revert all the inquiries from internal parties (including client service team, Compliance, etc).
· Maintaining existing trades by assisting to prepare performance reports regularly, providing MTM on daily basis.
Required Skills
· Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Finance, Quantitative Finance, Economics, Marketing or related disciplines
· Basic understanding of banking activities. 1-2 year relevant working experience is preferred.
· Good financial analytical skills
· Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
· Proficient in MS office (Word, Power Point and Excel)
· Self-motivated, careful on details and be able to work under pressure.
· Responsible with good interpersonal skills and able to get along well with peers
