帮友人翻的"备用信用状"(担保信用状)合同,
但是这段很奇妙

我翻:
鉴于考虑上述前提之因，如本契约及任何存在的协议未在此契约签署之方,
称为乙方之备用信用证买方及卖方。
我认为上面写的未在此契约签署之方指的是银行或是第三方见证人
之类的, 但怎么会连银行都变成这份备用信用状的买方及卖方?
这不科学阿！

我翻：
本公司 , xxxx Co.,Ltd., 在此确认本司银行票据所应负之企业责
任及之所得利益。
那个interested in 我翻成所得利益是否正确？(心虚中)
