大家好~
我们今年8月预计到希腊进行蜜月旅行,
其中8/6想搭blue star ferries
凌晨3点多的船班,
从圣托里尼岛前往罗德斯岛~
因8月旺季我们想先预订船票较保险，
而且想睡有床的位子，
但这几天在订船票时,
信用卡一直刷卡失败…
换了两张卡都一样。
网页上显示:
Your authentication could not be completed because of a system error.
If this happens consistently, please contact your CSR.
联络信用卡公司后,
他们好像也无法解决….
有寄信给蓝星邮轮得到以下回复:
We would like to inform you that you can make reservation through e-mail by se
nding us your full names, the class of service that you need, date of birth, c
ontact telephone number (mobile), nationality and collect your tickets the sam
e day before your departure from the port. We don’t mail tickets and you can
’t get electronic tickets.
You can pay by bank transfer alternatively you can give your card details by p
hone.
请问各位大大，
这意思是写信跟他们说我们的资料，
他们会帮忙我们订吗？
如此作法妥当吗？
或是信用卡的问题
有没有版友大大遇过并解决的～

原po官网订的吗？印象中有人也是官网刷卡失败的，后续处理就不清楚。但我自己透过希腊旅行社网页订其他家船票都ok，只是要收手续费

你可能要多换几张卡，我那时用了花旗，富邦，台企都刷不过，最后是用中信刷过的，好像是因为他们配合银行的关系～

我之前船票都是从旅行社网站订购才能刷卡成功
