七月中到南法旅游时跟HERTZ租了一个星期的车
还车时有把车加满油，而且经租车公司的人检查后也确认一切没有问题
我们的旅程在8/1结束返台
但是之前收到帐单时发现在8/27时HERTZ在一个法国我们没去过的地方刷了一笔19.99欧
询问之后对方的回答是

I have investigated your case, and have found that the amount of 19.99 EUR
is for administration fee. One of the conditions of rental is that if Hertz
is required to give information to the local authorities for road tolls,
fines, charges or associated costs, we may charge you an administration
charge for doing so.
Any disputes on the fine itself must be taken up directly with the local
authority when the customer will receipt this one.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank you again for contacting us
and we look forward to serving you in the future.
想请问是否这个是什么情形?我没有收到任何罚单阿
为什么要收我dministration fee?有网友有过类似情形吗?
