Last week I went full beast mode and reviewed the whole
Vanishing Vision album.
Well , Toshi was a savage then
And Hide shredded like a maniac man
The most epic one is of course , Kurenai
The whole build up of the ambience
And the well-orchestrated chord progression is just divine.
Then it is Jade , although it is not in the album
First second you will take it as some normal thrash like some cheesy
high school band who're tryn' to be Metallica or Pantera
It's not.
Toshi's dramatic ,angelic voice fused with a lil thrash ,
a lil symphonic metal ,
Holy crap.
Pure grace and glamor is there crafted.
Pretty sad that X Japan ended their last live so soon
Or I was bound to get a ticket .
Dunno why I am typing these cliche

Never thought about seeing X Japan discussion inthis board lolJADE is quite good cause of Toshi corrected hispronounciation by training with Yoshiki. However my favorite ones go to DAHLIA album. Or the earlier time of X, SADISTIC DESIRE, WEEK END and ORGASM are also fine songs.And the most classic one, ART OF LIFE, is an epic with no doubt.
