Hosts are the souls of BLISS meetings. Any member can host a meeting.

Here we started~
As experienced and incumbent Marketing Manager, Kevin proceeded the meeting as efficiently as expected.
Marketing Definition~
1. American Marketing Association:
It is the activity, set of institutions, and processes for creating, communicating, delivering, and exchanging offerings that have value for customers, clients, partners, and society at large.
2. Kevin's:
It is an activity that uses (product), communication (promotion), distribution (place), and pricing strategies to provide (targeted customers) with the goods and services they want in order to facilitate an exchange.
Marketing Mix—4Ps & 1T~
It covers 4ps and 1 T, which means products, price, place, promotion, targeted customers.
1. Product - can be either a tangible good or an intangible service that fulfills a need or want of consumers. it’s imperative that you have a clear grasp of exactly what your product is and what makes it unique before you can successfully market it.
2. Price – needs to consider the cost of design/production of the product, profit, competitors, company's objectives, targeted buyer's willingness and affordability. Pricing strategies vary based on the product life cycle or branding possibility in the aim of maximized profits.
3. Promotion - concerns how to disseminate relevant product information to consumers and differentiate a particular product or service. It includes elements like: advertising, public relations, social media, email, search engine, video and more.
4. Place- is about where to put our product at the right place such as shopping malls, department stores, on-line shopping websites, and so on.
5. Targeted Customer Marketing
(1). Launch phase 1-Rational Features: It focuses on the product itself by its faster speed, user- friendlier, better functions, sharper resolution, more compatible, and etc.
(2). Launch phase 2 -Emotional Features: It appeals to its distinguished style, quality-status, unique- feeling, high end identity, tailored-delicacy, and more.
We were debating whether to switch or combine these two phases on the same product during the meeting!!

It helps us to meet consumers' demand in business, win better democracy in society, create more career opportunities, and pursue better life, which definitely is the core value above all.
Role Play – Marketing Proposal to Warren Edward Buffet~
Kevin teamed us to act as a start-up to make marketing proposal by applying 4Ps and 1T. Everyone including new Blisser, Steven and Brian put all their efforts in the role-play. Later, Kevin commented and suggested better ways in presentation. Best of all, the winning team got ELEGEN Wool Iphone Case from Kevin's own Company!!!
Reflections:~
It was a valuable meeting under Kevin's professional guidance and participants' inputs, by which we are going to sharpen our eyes to life and hopefully in the near future more Taiwanese make “brand” not a noun, but a “verb” as Google has done!!!
