I have tried to set a goal for english speaking, but I don't have a passion to
do it constantly. I wished that I could ask myself 3 questions about TOEFL
exams. However, I cannot last it because I was too busy in working and maybe
a little lazy. I still wish that I could do that... But it's hard to constantly
do something for me. Do anyone have tips for doing thing constantly?

You could look for group which speaks English only,and you can search the group easily in Taipei

best way is just to find someone to talk with,and have a topic where you can have a properdiscussion, don't try small talks or chit chatit won't be much of a help.
