We would like to you study at Faculty of Business and Management, but you need to ask for scholasrhip your university. If they will agree, your international coordinator should send me your nomination.

It's hard to understand. But the person who wrote youthis email is not giving you the scholarship.Instead,he is asking you to seek scholarship somewhere else.That's my thoughts from reading it.

I also agree that mean you should ask for classmateor friends to agree you and then you can join theprogram, class or club?
