因为这边被当成主词而不是地方副词（不知道有没有这个词我自己发明的XD） Fritz Center hosts the event 弗氏中心主办这场活动 所以用that 如果是Fritz Center, wherewe met描述的事件是在“那个地方”发生的 才有where的意思 Taiwan, which is my favorite country... Taiwan, where I was born... 要有“地方”的意义才会用where
