昨天和朋友讨论一题改错题
It's [extremely(A)] important that [every(B)] civilian [has(C)] the freedom
of religion, speech, press, [assembly,(D)] and association.
答案是(C)
原因是 It's important that S + (should) + Vrt + ...
但想请问大家这个句子有没有可能用has也可以(撇开非得改错不可)呢?
就是在陈述 “每一个公民拥有这些自由(而且已经拥有)是件非常重要重要的事｣
还是说只要用到It's important/essential/... that 之后就非得接假设语气不可?
