Sarah Walker 是 PCem 主要的开发者，官网在 2021/6/14 更新如下：
Just a quick note to say that I (Sarah Walker) have decided to call it quits.
Thanks to those who sent supportive messages, they're genuinely appreciated.
Also thanks to those who have supported me and the project over the last decade
or so.
If anyone is interested in taking over the project & github repo, please
contact me.
表示她决定退出专案，并寻求有意愿的人继续接手。

在 Github 上面也有人询问讨论，实际原因不知。
毕竟 Sarah Walker 在参与 PCem 开发已经将近15年，可能想暂时休息了。
