dgVoodoo is a glide wrapper but also a DirectDraw / Direct3D wrapper (v3 to
8) to Direct3D11. To simplify greatly, it emulates a 3DFX card that will
manage the proprietary library Glide (Glide 2.11, Glide 2.45, Glide 3.1 and
Napalm) but also the old graphics cards compatible DD / D3D v1 to v8. What is
the point ? Play old games that work poorly on new graphics cards (because
they have been optimized for Glide or older versions of DirectX and not for
other APIs such as OpenGL or DirectX v11) or just use an emulator that he too
uses the Glide. This version is for Windows Vista / 7/8/10 with DirectX 11
(or higher) installed and you must have a graphics card (DirectX Level 10.1
compatible) that supports Shaders Model v4 or v5.
