https://dochub.com/documents/new 在这里加的注解就可以在 Google 硬盘与 Evernote 找到。用它重新储存、下载的档案，在 evernote 中连我用Foxit app 写的注解都可以找到，但是在 Google 硬盘中只有用它写的注解出现，用 Foxit app 写的还是不见了。用 PDF XChange Viewer 写的注解在Google硬盘搜寻得到可是在 Evernote 却找不到，看得到，找不到。
http://www.pdfescape.com 与 dochub.com 效果类似。今天再试一次，发现 dochub 真的可以让 Foxit 写的注解在 Evernote 里面可以搜寻，明天再试一次用Xodo 来写注解，之后再用 dochub 改一次，或许可以在google 与 evernote 里面都可以搜寻。
