泰坦的踩伤害成长调整为70/100/130/160 (原来是85/110/135/160)
* Starstorm Aghanim upgrade no longer releases a second meteor
Mirana A杖发出的流星雨, 不再像正常的流星雨会对最近的单位多掉一颗流星。
* Reactive Armor duration decreased from 14/16/18/20 to 10/13/16/19
伐木机的被动持续时间削弱成10/13/16/19 秒。
* Gust cooldown increased from 13 to 16/15/14/13
黑弓沉默CD从固定13秒改成16/15/14/13秒。
* Chronosphere cooldown increased from 130/115/100 to 140/125/110
虚空大招CD时间增加10秒, 变相提升其A杖的价值。
* False Promise cooldown increased from 90/60/30 to 100/65/30
神谕大招CD时间从90/60/30调整为100/65/30
* Lina's Base Attack Time improved from 1.7 to 1.6
Lina的基础攻速从平常人的1.7 buff为 1.6, 但她的攻击前摇还是一样糟糕。

* Lane creeps now give 35% of experience when denied by neutrals
rather than 20% (normal player denies give 50% experience).
小兵现在如果被野怪杀掉的话依然会给35%的Exp。
炸弹和勾肥这次在TI6证明了自己, 所以就不予buff了。
