症状：
右上腹有压迫感、异物感，伴随灼热感，好像里面长了什么东西，坐下来感觉十分明
显，坐久了会以灼热感为主．站起来则较没感觉，平躺着会有感觉，往左侧躺，会有异物
感，往右侧躺则消失，平常都往右侧躺睡觉．
平时以压迫感、异物感为主，发作时，会有灼热感和疼痛，通常在吃完东西或熬夜（有时
工作到早上８点睡）症状持续２４小时，约４年以上．
先前经医师诊断原本认定为胆结石造成，超音波确诊胆结石，开完刀后症状却没有改善．
在手术之前，去年１０／４日验血曾经有肝指数ＡＳＴ升上９１４ ＡＬＴ ６０５的
情形，目前手术完毕．
今年进一步检查，做了ｃｔ和大肠钡剂ｘ光摄影，也照了胃镜，检查出两个病，胃黏膜下
肿瘤（大约两颗，一公分左右）以及大肠憩室炎，医生排除胃黏膜下肿瘤为造成右上腹的
原因，认为可能是大肠憩室炎造成．
他认为大肠憩室炎不到要开刀的程度，只能吃药控制．ｘ光片上他说有多个憩室，但看不
清楚共有几个，也不知道是不是集中在右上腹，只说在升结肠、横结肠、降结肠处都有．
我想问的是，
１. 大肠憩室炎会造成持续４年，几乎整天坐着都有的压迫感吗？
２. 胃黏膜下肿瘤如果是恶性，会是右上腹的症状吗？
３. 如怀疑是肝的问题，去照肝纤维扫描是否能看的出来？
４. 要不要做大肠镜，看清楚右上腹的位置，是不是憩室炎确诊．

存在．
