想请教一下大家因为
我妈妈是乳癌患者已经过了蛮多年的
没有BC肝炎
日常检查
腹部超音波的时候发现有脂肪肝
医生没有说什么
但电脑断层时发现1.6公分肝结节
医生也没说良性什么的
就只是安排核磁共振
说要照了才知道
但我们家人都很担心
有人看得懂电脑断层的报告吗

腹部超音波：
Sonography of upper abdomen revealed: ＞ Liver: moderate degree increased echo
genecity of the liver parenchyma as compared with kidney. Hypoechoic zone at G
B fossa, may due to focal sparing. ＞ IHD and CBD: not dilated. ＞ Portal vein
: not engorged. ＞ Gall bladder:normal in size, no wall thickening. Gall bladd
er polyps up to 3 mm. ＞ Pancrease: normal in shape, no mass or duct dilation
noted. ＞ Kidneys: normal in echopattern, size. ＞ Spleen: not enlarged. ＞ Ao
rta, IVC: not unusual. IMP: Moderate fatty liver with focal sparing. Gall blad
der polyps.
