想请教若综合SLAP tear+biceps tendons tear>30%时
(类似SLAP type-IV，但biceps tendons没断)
为何是以剪断长二头肌再固定，
而不用处理SLAP tear?
labrum 除了固定长二头肌外，不是还有稳定肱骨的功能吗?
有文献甚至说type-II的SLAP tear(不含biceps tendons tear)
直接以Biceps Tenodesis处理效果比处理SLAP tear效果好?
难道labrum只有固定长二头肌的功能吗?
