最近收到一封信，部分内容是：
copies of all tracings and interpretations from your exercise stress test
performed to include a current status report from your treating physician
regarding the diagnosis.
之前有在高雄荣总做过运动心电图及心脏超音波检查，
想请教这段话的意思是不是要我提英文版的检查报告呢？
或者是要我的主治医生就现在情况再做一次诊断并提供英译本呢?
另外想请教荣总有办法申请英文格式的检查报告吗？
网络上的病历申请说明及注意事项和申请画面都没有看到可以选英文版本的地方，
烦请各位解惑，谢谢~~
