废话不多说，我直接写信去NSF问到底全机认证是三小，标志有没有差，得到的回答节
录如下:
There are certification marks that are used by all manufacturers who are
certified to NSF International standards and certified by NSF International.
There are color restrictions and size recommendations for the certification
marks. The certification mark by itself does not represent different
certification; but rather the list of standards that the product has been
certified against as well as the list of contaminants it will reduce is a way
to differentiate a product’s certification.
通过NSF标准认证的制造商可以使用认证标志，有颜色上的限制和建议尺寸。
标志本身不代表认证不同，产品本身通过的标准认证，以及能降低的污染列表才能分辨
产品认证的不同。
There are component certifications that we use to verify the components in
contact with drinking water are safe to use. These fall under standard 42
and/or 61. They would state as such “certified for material and structural
integrity only” whereas the performance of a product is verified as a whole
system is under 42, 53, 401, etc.
接触到饮用水的零部件认证是42和/或61，确保使用安全无虞，认证的描述如:仅认证材
质和结构完整性。产品的效能认证是以完整系统来验证，例如42、53、401等。

The mark is the same with the exception of the box underneath has different
text clarifying the product’s certification.
标志是相同的，除了底下文字标注认证种类的不同。
The certification mark has a ® with it for all marks including the “
independently certified” version.
认证标志有®，包括独立认证版本(官网截图的TM版不知道哪生出来的)。

结论:只要像42、53、401属于效能认证本来就是完整全机下去验，不好意思戳破你们
"全机认证">"零件认证"的话术。
当然也就没有专属"全机认证"的标志，官方也说了标志有限制颜色，一大堆各
种标志是一样的，要查表或标志才知道认证种类。
以后要是碰到安丽再用"全机认证"、"标志等级不一样"话虎烂，欢迎拿这篇去
甩他脸。
