晚上台北教室菁英会导读《超级生活密码》4-5“未来的舞台里 此刻这一秒才是重点”。
书中提到某些感受会因为沉浸在现场的“境”中，容易引发眼耳鼻舌身意六根的作用，这
些景像在其前世今生里的data运作著，触景生情而产生情绪的反应。但另一方面，人若要
修行，实在不必非去所谓的“名山大川”、“圣地”，或到“旧地”去感受过去的“曾经
”，因为时间变了，那曾有过的体验已随风而去不必恋栈。若要真修行，日常生活中的任
何当下场景才会是最真实的试炼场，考验自己的习气能否在当时不现前，不会产生负面的
业力。这让以媛回想太阳盛德导师在上周拉斯之旅时曾说：大家非要来Sedona才能亲近太
阳而产生共振吗?在其他地方做“太阳心法”时不能观想太阳而照样灌入法流，调拨正能
量吗?这样的问题的确提醒我们修行仍在于掌控自己的“心”，只有把握这一刻所在的场
景，做最适当的人事物的互动和对应，才能为下一步人生打好基础、累积资粮。
歆铷在总结《超级生命密码》第六章“秘密中的秘密”时说：许多人在修行过程中经常会
有的现象是：清楚ㄧ阵子，糊涂一阵子，总是不能达到明白ㄧ辈子的境界。以媛知道自己
有这样的不能究竟的现象，是因为没有完全断离疏忽大意习气的造业，严重影响自己生活
中的吉凶祸福，这是以媛必须面对的修行课题。
